Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group is one of the largest coffee and beverage groups worldwide, and has been focused and determined to increase their presence in the Australian coffee industry. The Bean Alliance, which has been active in the Australian coffee industry for over 35 years, is a successful Australian company based in Melbourne that produces and sells several premium coffee brands, including, but not limited to the Fairtrade and Organic Bean Ground & Drunk. The Bean Alliance has always been renowned for their expertise in sourcing, blending and roasting coffee Australia wide.
Antunes are pleased to represent and advise Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group on the Bean Alliance acquisition, which has been in the works for over 12 months, and is expected to close by the end of January 2019.
