David is an Associate in the Commercial and Corporate team at Antunes Lawyers.

David has worked with a large variety of clients including small to medium businesses across a wide range of practice areas. David’s patient and attentive approach to his clients ensures he understands his client’s needs and in doing so, he provides effective solutions to multifaceted problems.

David has particular expertise in:

• Corporate and Commercial Law: advising businesses on legal matters such as contracts, securities, corporate governance, and transactions involving the purchase or sale of a business.
• Intellectual Property Law: protection of intellectual property rights through IP Australia and international registration offices, advising businesses and individuals on trademarks, patents and protection of copyright and designs.
• Leasing: preparing commercial and retail leases and advising tenants and landlords on lease disputes.
• Banking and Finance: preparing and advising on mortgage and lending documents, conducting and advising on due diligence.
• Employment Law: preparing employment agreements and advising on workplace disputes including preparation of unfair work dismissal and general protections claim applications.
• Franchising Law: preparing franchise agreements, disclosure statements and advising on franchise disputes.
• eCommerce Law: preparing website documents including terms and conditions of use, privacy policy, among other legal agreements.
