Victoria is a member of the Family Law team at Antunes Lawyers and is passionate about helping clients through a wide variety of family law issues including parenting and children’s issues, divorce, binding financial agreements, de facto relationships, property settlements, spouse maintenance, child support and family law litigation.

Victoria provides practical solutions for her clients based on a comprehensive understanding of the solutions and outcomes available for them. Working with compassion and empathy, she is a critical thinker with skills to help her clients navigate the complexities of a relationship breakdown. Victoria focuses on having a collaborative approach so as to achieve an acceptable outcome without resorting to litigation if possible.

Victoria draws on her extensive experience, to assist clients in navigating the emotionally stressful circumstances facing her family law clients and endeavours to ensure that parties can achieve a settlement by adopting a sensible approach.
