Maria has been practicing for over 40 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to a range of legal matters. She ran her own practice as a solicitor and as a barrister for many years and taught law as an Associate Professor and Director of Professional Legal Education at university level and at the College of Law.

Keith Reddy

With over 40 years of experience as a property, commercial and corporate lawyer Keith has a thorough understanding of various business practices and the challenges faced by companies in different markets. Keith provides specialist and technical advice to clients on complex business mergers and acquisitions, finance and property transactions.

He has acted for clients such as Woolworths, NRMA, NSW Maritime, Macquarie Bank, Telstra and Channel 9.

Tim Arvanitis

After years of dedication and contribution to the firm’s growth and development, Tim became partner in 2018 and leads the Corporate and Commercial team at Antunes.

Boris Jakimov

Boris is part of the Corporate and Commercial team at Antunes with a particular focus on taxation, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law.

Boris achieves excellent results for his clients’ tax audits for both federal tax and state tax matters. He assists clients that have received a tax audit notification, review or investigation from the ATO or Revenue NSW.

As part of the Corporate and Commercial team Boris supports and assists on all aspects of transactional work from formation through to completion.

Boris has expertise in the areas of:

Stefan Stojkovic
